All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

I try to ship to as many countries as possible. Although I am aware of the shipping time and possible custom fees that come along with certain destinations. So please be patient if it takes a while . As long as you have a tracking number, it should be ok . Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I’m not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you are not satisfied with any of the pieces you receive or they became damaged , I will gladly refund you. If you’re not satisfied with an original piece, I asked that you please return it receive the refund minus the shipping costs.
